DUO CHOCOLATE CAKE


Cake Ingredients:
8 egg yolks
3 egg whites
100 grams of granulated sugar
1/2 tablespoon emulsifier (sp / tbm)
1 tablespoon water
60 grams of low protein flour
20 grams of cocoa powder
15 grams of milk powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

100 grams of cooking chocolate milk, melted

Processing Method:
Cake:
